What Is BCEMP
Our mission is to create and massively scale a telemedicine company solely and specifically for Board‐Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians (BCEMP), with physician ownership and profit‐sharing. This is an innovative leap into the future, bringing the physician to the patient, unshackled from numerous corporate pressures that have overtaken our specialty today. We will maintain a safe culture, where feedback is valued and appreciated, and goals are truly aligned. We will provide a work environment which extends the BCEMP lifespan, rather than shortening it.
WHO IS GLOBALDOCIQ?
GlobalDocIQ, or GDIQ, is a newly formed company in the telemedicine and telehealthcare space. Our GlobalDocIQ EM Physician Model (designed in collaboration with an EM Physician) is intended to provide an innovative new model for board‐certified emergency medicine physicians (BCEMP’s) to deliver health care services via telemedicine appropriate patient encounters. Here at GDIQ, we are keenly aware that physician ownership is crucial for the success for GlobalDocIQ.
WHAT IS GLOBALDOCIQ’S ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE?
GlobalDocIQ’s organizational structure will enable us to establish series of affiliate companies for various medical specialties. This allows the parent company to establish additional lines of telemedicine and telewellness delivery under one parent organization. It is a substructure that keeps expenses and profit‐ sharing neatly allocated within each series. There are numerous business advantages to using this structure, and it is designed to protect the work environment, profit, and caliber of the BCEM Physician Series, while allowing for other parallel company’s to be established as well (without intermingling) in the U.S. and beyond. The initial company series is the GlobalDocIQ BCEM Physician Series (“GlobalDocIQ BCEMP”) which will be staffed by Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians. Future series may include physician groups in select other countries, telepsychiatry, telewellness, creative APP (PA and APRN) models to address emerging needs from the COVID pandemic, and other sectors as determined by market forces.
